Are there any discounts for the 'off' season?

Yes.

We have a 15% discount for wedding photography in November, December, January, February, March and April.

 

Are there any discounts for weekday & Sunday weddings?

Yes.

15%.

We recognize that Saturday weddings book much quicker than weekday or Sunday weddings.

We also recognize that non-Saturday weddings may have other challenges for a bride and groom such as guest availability etc.

We believe that a discount in price can help make up for some of those challenges while allowing customers to use Montreal Photography Services during the customers' season of choice.

 

Are you one of the wedding photographers in Montreal?

Yes.

Montreal Photography Services is based in Montreal, we will take wedding photos or event photos in just about any city or town on the island of Montreal.

Can I keep my negatives?

Montreal Photography Services captures all events with professional grade, digital single lens reflex cameras.

As such, negatives are no longer produced.

However, each customer is given full resolution, unmarked digital photos for personal use, sharing and redevelopment.

How can we find your website on the Internet if we can't remember the name of the website?

Ironically you are probably reading this answer from Montreal Photography's website, we do none-the-less have some easy ways to find our site without memorizing the name.

How do I get reprints?

You may take your CDROM or DVDROM to your favorite photo development place or have Montreal Photography Services use their preferred developing studio.

You can also submit your digital files to any online development studio.

How long does it take to receive my wedding photographs?

Montreal Photography Services will manually check every single photo as well as make necessary enhancements, it can take between 4 to 6 weeks for final delivery.

In the off season(December, January, February, March, April, May) the time it takes to receive your photos is sometimes as quick as 10 days.

This time frame will help ensure that you are delivered the very best quality photographs.

What are proofs?

Proofs are un-altered 4 by 6 copies of the photographs taken.

They do not contain any distracting labels or markings on the front side of the photograph.

What are the differences between the pictures viewed on the website, and the real photograph?

In all cases, the real photographs are clearer and more vibrant than the online version.

The actual photograph does not contain any branding, logos or trademarks on the front of the image, as seen in some areas of the website.

The copyright logo is placed on the online photographs to help prevent theft of our images.

What areas do you serve?

We are willing to consider photographing any event in any area of Montreal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept cash, cheque, money order, certified cheque, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, Discover & Paypal.

When was your company started?

Montreal Photography Services was started in 2001. We have enjoyed steady growth and are excited to see what the future has in store.
